A person who has played lacrosse since childbirth, or for a very long time. A pun off the saying "laxin' in the D" a person who has laxed in the womb is very skilled.

Paul: "Dude, Teddy is so good at lax."
Jon: "Yeah, he must have been laxin' in the womb"

laxin' it up 

The act of playing or practicing lacrosse.
More often used for non-game situations with oneself or with a few other people.
Usually not organised play.

"I'm gonna go lax it up some in my backyard for a while"
