The cancer that spouts from pure 100% lard cells. Caused by the excessive consumption of fat and grease. Contractible mostly at carnivals, theme parks, and state fairs due to a large lack of funnel cake anywhere else in the world. Known to only occur in Williamsburg, V.A.

Dang I shouldn't have eaten so many sweets now i have lard cancer.
