Loyal customer of Kmart, similar to a inept walmartian, but originating from a lesser gene pool.

kmarting 

When kmart filed for bankruptcy, the lawyers and other assorted vermin claimed at the time that there was no money left for common shareholders. Common shares were canceled and the shareholders got screwed.

"Miraculously" after it was too late, the vermin "discovered" a very large amount of assets that did NOT go to the shareholders but to the vermin that planned the whole thing. They made millions upon millions of dollars and bought sears.

Thus the shareholders were kmarted. Utterly screwed by the corrupt bankruptcy system

I've been following this case for sometime and it sure looks like Brian is really intent on kmarting the shareholders.

Kmarting 

1. Living in a home or operating a business in a run down building, without doing any repairs or renovations to the building; keeping things that were outdated long ago.
2. Using equipment that has been outdated for years.

Named after Kmart, a dying chain that competed against Walmart and Target, but was left to fall apart by the owners.

1. How does that business stay alive? The place is falling apart, and the owner isn't fixing anything. The owner is Kmarting that place.

2. Woah, you're using computer with a floppy disk drive? Somebody is Kmarting here!
