kinda homeless

An adjective that describes a person who experiences partial homelessness. It can be used to define someone who lives in a shelter only during certain periods of time, like weekends. The phrase has been initially used during a live stream of popular streamer known as Speed.
Please, Speed. I need this. My mom is kinda homeless... I live with my dad. I want to help her out

my mom is kinda homeless

A phrase said by someone named Acey to IShowSpeed in a voice call on some 2021 Fortnite stream, which threw Speed off, and held in his laughter. This is heavily memed on as I write this, but some kid in 2034 will find this and act nostalgic for this definition despite being born after it was made.
"Please, Speed, I need this!"
Speed ignores.
"My mom is kinda homeless."
Speed starts to hold in laughter.
"I live with my dad, I'm tryna help her out..."
"Speed, I'm watching your stream. Why you trying not to laugh, bruh?"

You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
