Pakistanis say this when promising someone something, or it can be used as a euphemism to exaggerate something or an event.
Example 1: Bro, kasam I didn’t see you there.
Example2: I say kasam I seen ussy crash his car into the barbershop.

The word aglas use when they lie when they don’t want to swear on Allah’s name. When they don’t want to be real with themselves and are conflicted in their emotions
Aman: “MOWNI KASAM I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU”
Aman (a week later) “There’s a chance we might talk in the future”

kasam or kasmeh is a word that mostly pakistani guys say that essentially means “swear” as in swearing on something. you’ll usually hear it more often as further north as you go (mostly birmingham and bradford)
person 1: “i swear down bushra looks fucking sexy today”
person 2: “kasam but i thought she was with hasnain”
