Kaliningrad is modern day Prussia and although Prussia was german Kaliningrad’s demographics is now mostly russian so the likelyhood of Kaliningrad joining germany or being independent from Russia is unlikely especially with Vladimir Putin currently in power.

He puts other peoples feelings in front of his own and he is willing to drop anything that he is doing just to attend to your needs and if you don’t like someone, neither does he.
