Name derived from the amalgamation of the abreviation of two common proper names (e.g. Julie and Luc). Also used to describe a north american cult leader renowned for counting beans and wearing a crown. May be used as an adjective (see example below).

For example, someone asks her "What do you think about my outfit," and she just falls asleep because she is exaggerating the fact that her outfit is so boring that it makes her tired.

julup 

A ghetto delicacy which consists of any flavor Kool aid placed in a styrofoam cup and then frozen. There usually sold out of someones house and they cost about a quarter. The best way to eat one is to take it of the cup and flip it over so that the bottom side is up cause its always mad juice at the bottom
