An absolutely amazing guy. Clever, handsome, strong and all in all a great guy. He is an amazing sportsman, especially in football and quite outspoken. He rarely opens up and he often would show his love for you. He doesn't care what others think about him; he just gets on with life. He is a good public speaker and rarely gets nervous.

Best used when you are upset with your partner. You are doing your girl missionary, you pull out and lean back in a full service stance. With a loud grunt of effort overhand spike your load into her face. Then with John energy yell at her "you're a disgrace!" Then storn out of the room mumbling to yourself "40 love".

I was mad at my girlfriend last night. Totally subjected her to a John mackenroe. Made me feel much better.
