Generalized as an incident in which a male uncontrollably scratches his balls/nuts and his wife and or girlfriend (sometimes mother) begins a bitch fit over it

A phrase used either to describe one's own feelings (i.e. annoyed by somebody and wanting to gossip) or feelings about somebody else (i.e. feeling that somebody deserves to be gossiped about)

Girl 1: "You okay? You don't look very pleased."
