They sometimes masquerade as an
autism advocate, but it's really about self promotion and narcissism, they wouldn't be making videos to raise stoma awareness.
Female and afab neuro-indulgent's are usually unfiltered and passive-aggressive, but they'll tell you they are 'unmasking', and often hold the belief that the
world has an unspoken moral obligation to be aware of their sensory needs.
