Adjective; Without merit, thought, or consideration; often not rooted in truth. Those who act in such a way are often unaware they are, and are often of the Idiocracy school of thought.

2. A humorous or critical way to describe decisions, rules, or cultures that feel governed by nonsense.

Derived from idiocracy, the word idiocratic turns the concept into an adjective, describing the quality or condition of being idiocratic.

A person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of lower intelligence, or who believes that a particular level of intelligence is superior to another.
His remarks and hatred towards people of lower intelligence led to him being called an idiocracist.
