Both hungry and annoyed, but not quite hangry.

Hannoyed

A combination of hungry and annoyed wherein one cannot eat and so everything becomes annoying.

I can't eat and my room mate keeps talking about bread! I'm so hannoyed!

Hannoyed

A mix of the words "hungry" and "annoyed". Kind of like hangry, but intensified.

"Just had some pizza"
"Were you hangry?"
"Nah ...more so hannoyed"
