A form of extreme dieting wherein one feels hunger (because one didn't eat much, if at all) but exercises anyway because s/he so desperately wants to lose weight. Also see anorexercise.
Anorexic girl says, "I need to get me some hungercise!! I'm 5'6" 88 lbs.. I gained 1 lb. over the holidays..gah!!"
