Sex that is considered exciting, vigorous, fast-paced, saucy, or exhilarating. Requires that all participants be in peek physical condition and a proper full-body stretch beforehand is recommended. Hot-plate-combo: (noun): The act of, when the bottom is in the 'on all fours' position, of inserting the thumb into the butt. The hand of the top is in the 'hot-plate' holding position, i.e. the thumb on top, the 4 fingers and palm on the bottom. The palm and fingers then cradle the scrotum, the penis falling between the middle and ring fingers. The previous stated is simply the "Hot-plate". The combo part comes in when the thumb is moved clockwise and counter-clockwise, a motion in which you would use to open a combination lock. This massages the scrotum and pleasures the bottom.
