When you have provided a service, beyond reasonable
expectations, and for no good reason, this hat wearing
individual wants a ridiculous discount base purely on
douchebagery.
Please note the individual is referred to as 'bob' although that is not his real name.
Bob- I'll have the porter house steak please, medium.
Waiter- Certainly, anything else sir?
Bob- No, thats all.
Dinner is consumed, no complaints were made.
Bob- This is the worst steak I have ever had, I refuse to pay!

individual continues to argue a minuet amount, disregarding the fact he was provided a service and it is in bad taste to bring up discontent with the product after payment has been issued)
After speaking with the manager, who reiterated the fact that if you didn't like it, why did you eat? The bob proceeded to cause a shitfit similar to that of an infant.
At which point the manager, who was
embarrassed for the cowardice
individual, allowed the dinner to be removed from the bill, and asked the 'bob' like character to leave.
The manager then admitted to the waiter that they had been HORNED.
