honkey dust

Use as a generic term for any narcotic, real or pretend. Similar to cops using "dope" as a blanket term for drugs\narcotics so can honkey dust.

Can also be used when it isn't clear if someone is high on PCP, meth, crack, spray paint or all 4 etc.

Had some dude hopped up on honkey dust begging me for money at the light.

Honey Dust

A fine white powder that makes the skin smooth. When licked off, it tastes like honey.

Described by Gibbs and DiNozzoon the NCIS episode SWAK.

I was sent some powder in a SWAK. No worries, it was just honey dust from my boyfriend.

Honky dust

Can be used interchangeably for cocaine (obviously because it's white). But, can also be used as a generic, cover-all term for narcotic powders (kind of like using skoom) or how police refer to all narcotics as dope.

Person1: What's up with that crackhead rolling around in the middle of the street yelling and screaming?
Person2: Probably all hopped up on honky dust. We should call an ambulance before he gets run over.
