A terrorist group commonly found in discord servers that involve minors and or people with mental issues that can be easily recruited and would do anything for their "masters". They're also advocates of the LGBTQ+ movement and BLM and are commonly found burning buildings and small businesses down in "peaceful" protests.

Person 1: I heard Mark is in the HCKR
Person 2: Yeah I heard he got arrested for arson and domestic terrorism.
