gruvalos is the turist who visit the Greek-Jamaican island Ikaria.
Τhroughout their stay in the island they make nests in the beach Livadi and they smoke weed and listen reggae all the time.
They ruin the Ikariotiko and you can easily distinguish them because many times they don't wear shoes!

When you smell weed, it's a sing that you are close to a grouvalos.
