The very rare case when something is so gory and awesome that you have to change your pants. Usually only used by people who enjoy action/violence and gore

1) "Have you seen the new Dead Space Trailer"
"Yeah there was blood everywhere I had a Goregasim!"

2) "That new anime Guyver is goregasmic, every episode is filled with blood and action"
