When a , bitchy, rich entitled woman or teenage girl wears giant dark sunglasses and doesnt take them off when inside (especially when ordering at Starbucks). The sunglass lenses are enormous and cover half her face. The size of the sunglasses is directly proportional to the level of bitchiness. GSB for short. similar to rehab glasses.

Giant Toscano Eating Bitch 

A giant, pushy, stuffy woman, typically with an abnormally large ass, cotton pants, and a pushy attitude, who consumes (at times in mass quantities) the "Toscano" sandwich from the local Italian deli (which contains provolone cheese and spicy Italian sausage).
One can only assume that they also have a large turning radius, hence the "giant".
