Ghostbee

noun. Honeybees that forage on Himalayan Balsam.
The pollen of Himalayan Balsam is white and honeybees come back to the hive with it all over them making them look a ghostly white.

The biggest giveaway that a honeybee is known as a Ghostbee is when you see the white stripe along it's back and dusted in white pollen that the bee has been deep inside the flower of Himalayan Balsam.
