geniusismality 

Extreme level is genius. Hard to achieve, nearly impossible, most only end hurting themselves attempting to reach it, occasionally even expulsion. In the rare case though it is reached, the person reaching it is truely amazing and should be treated as such!

verb: to do something which is smart. Or that can make a change to society. Usually done by a species called Matt-oides.

ie:
1. Matt came up with a plan that was geniastically thought through.

2. Rhona cannot come up with such a brilliant word that is geniastically descriptive.

Geniuside, Geniuscidal (noun)
1. The systematic killing of a genuinely good idea through bureaucracy, ego, fear, or over-management.
2. The corporate sport of slowly strangling innovation while claiming to “support creative thinking.”

Example:
“Yeah, we had a working prototype by Friday, but Legal, Compliance, and three VPs held a synergy summit. Total geniuside.”

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
