generational paradox

A phenomenon where young individuals from Gen Z feel prematurely aged or burdened by adult responsibilities at a relatively young age (e.g., 22), while older Millennials experience a sense of being "old" around the age of 35 due to societal pressures and expectations.
It's wild how the generational paradox hits hard; my younger sister is only 22 but talks about life like she's already nearing retirement, while my Millennial friends keep saying they feel young at 35.
