full of hot air

When someone is said to be “full of hot air,” it means that he or she talks a lot about topics he or she doesn't really understand or does not know.

He talks so much about nothing, He's just "full of hot air"

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
