A member of a middle class or upper class family whom unlike other family members, could not get it together, and ended up a drug addict, a chronic alcoholic or incarcerated. It can also be used to describe a family member who is constantly unemployed and borrowing money with no intentions of returning it. There seems to be one of these in every family, no matter how perfect or well off the family makes themselves out to be. Note, that this definition does not cover family members who suffered addictions and did the responsible thing to overcome them, nor does it cover those who were wrongly imprisoned for something they didn't do or those who were laid off and constantly looking for work.

Freddie fuckup is someone is who cannot quite get there ourselves together they get fired from every job they start within a few weeks constantly getting arrested and having problems in relationships. A Freddie the f****** maybe somebody who is also constantly triangulating situations and causing arguments between other people. Friendships last usually about two to three weeks at the most unless the person is a real glutton for punishment and hangs around longer
Freddie fuckup do did it again he had a great job and Iscrewed it up within less than 2 weeks of working and goes to the mental ward each time so his girlfriend feels sorry for him and continues to support him financially . they are also somebody that thinks they are a lot more suave than they really are

Somebody, who irrespective of being "highly intelligent" keeps on making the same mistakes and causing problems for other people through those mistakes. Can also be termed a dumb shit or just useless. The iq level of this person is sometimes as high as a garden slug's but never higher.

Simply put, an unecessary mistake, which stemmed from a smaller problem, which didn't get resolved. As a result the issue got a lot bigger.
