v. to freak out, overreact; flip shit

derived from "flip shit", used in situations when the word 'shit' is not appropriate, for example in front of a teacher, parent, or younger sibling

"Mom I swear, if the teacher gives us one more freaking assignment, I'm gonna flip schnitzel."
