fickle bobby

Someone or thing who is stupid and has no clue as to what they are on about.
Somone who uses words out of context and displays lack of understanding of words and phrases they use.
Basically someone who you think is silly, or just an idiot.

"whats up with you!? are you fickle bobby or something?"
"you fickle bobby! what you doing?!?"
