an emoticon that euros use in substitution for the generally used "smiley face" :)

I was talking to someone online, when suddenly, he used a euroface, as opposed to a smiley face. I instantly knew he was European.

Guy 1: Hey guys how's everyone's day been?
Guy 2: Pretty good here, :)
Guy 3: Awesome (:
Guy 4: Ballin. :D
