Being unable to make rational or logical decisions due to slight/extreme emotional feelings.

Tom is a pilot. His wife and children passed away yesterday due to a car accident. Therefore, the airport believes it is best that Tom doesn't fly for a couple of weeks because he may be Emotionally compromised
