Ecofodder

Ecofodder is the labour force (fodder) that stimulates the base economy.
Ecofodder working conditions are described as low wages and long hours, often unpleasant and mind-numbing working conditions.

This refers to people who have no skills, have to take whatever jobs they can get at whatever rate, have almost no rights. Are very disposable.
Street sweepers, call centre operators, hamburger joint staff, door-to-door salesmen, clerks, people who hand out pamphlets.

They are the lowest tier of labour (fodder) required to generate the economy, hence ecofodder.
