A dick that's been up an asshole. However, it is also used as an insult. It's like calling someone a dick, but worse, because it's been up an asshole. Pronounced doo - barsh

Jane: I don't really like Mike...
Susie: Yeah, he's such a dubarche!

Dubarrhea 

a base line so disgustingly amazing it will cause spontaneous explosive bowel movements the moment it drops.

I stayed for Rusko's entire set EDC and by the end of it i noticed a big heaping steaming pile of dubarrhea sitting in my grey skinnies.
