A dick that's been up an asshole. However, it is also used as an insult. It's like calling someone a dick, but worse, because it's been up an asshole. Pronounced doo - barsh

Dubarrhea

a base line so disgustingly amazing it will cause spontaneous explosive bowel movements the moment it drops.
