When you're whipping cocaine with littlest water as possible... It gives you a better hold and stick to the baking soda...it will give you a better stretch... Dry whip gets a bad name because it's the opposite from straight drop the more baking soda less the potency
I just dry whipped a 36 to a 56 I stretched it... it's not the best but it's good though it will sale
