A dry Donna is the opposite of a wet Willy. It’s wet willy’s cousin; It’s when you stick your finger in someone’s ear, and you totally fake them out because it is totally dry instead of being wet.
This one time on Dead and Co. Tour, a friend of mine had told me I had dropped my pocket so I turned around and gave him a Dry Donna.
