2) A combination of the two phrases "dirt-bag" and "douche bag"

ex) Fred- "HEY JIM LOOK AT THAT CRIPPLED KID TRYING TO PICK UP HIS FOOD, THATS SOOOO FUNNY AHAHAHAHAH"

Jim- "Shut up fred your a fuckin dirche-bag"
