When scholars Mike and Tim heard about the hot diarrhea attack on Heidi VanTassel, they thought, what about getting cold diarrhea dumped on ones head in winter. Being the genius he is, Tim immediately coined the term "diarthermia".
When a homeless person pours his bucket of diarrhea on you thats been sitting for a week in the dead of winter, you will catch Diarthermia.

The lack of dick, and needing it badly. Similar to hyperthermia in the sense of needing heat or warmth. Symptoms consist of: a bitchy attitude, going on strange websites, and being a thot unironically.

"You have extreme dikathermia." or "Oof, I think you have dikathermia."
