This rare terrestrial mammal resides within all of us, emerging only to display acts of Diabolical deeds prominently upon the visage of the wielder. Unbeknownst to the user, the effects of the Diabolicus Winkothoptera upon the general public can range from the extreme, to very little/no effect whatsoever.
For example: Diabolicus Winkothoptera is never found willingly, it comes out only when prompted by a mischievous deed.
