The process of ridding yourself of stress during inherently stressful times. Usually involving copious ammounts of napping, tv watching, or reading books if you're fancy like that.

During a barage of emails and phone calls from overbearing college coachs, the lacrosse recruit had to destressificate herself before she could think clearly.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
