Hollywood code for plastic surgery (such as boob jobs, brow lifts, liposuction, tummy tucks, etc.). Coined by comedienne Kathy Griffin, who has had plenty of "dental work" herself. Used to subtly indicate someone has plastic surgery.
"Ashlee Simpson has had some dental work done lately, if you know what I mean."

When one human being completly polishes off anothers set of choppers with an incredably amount of semon. This later creates long time effects of lung and throat cancer as well.
