Cupcankle

When one's ankle is a cankle but has a lovely muffin top of thicc calve. One's calves will be shaped as a muffin top and one's ankes are the bottom of the muffin. The socks should look like lovely little cup cake wrappers.

Person 1: "Gee did you see Beth rocking some cupcankles?"
Person 2: "Yeah holy hell."
