An European or western SUV, that only imitates real big trucks and Jeeps with offroad capabilities. They are usually small engined, like Dacia Duster, Renault Captur or Renault Kadjar. Usual engines go between 1.0 liter and 1.2 litres. The term cuckover comes from the understanding that these fake trucks are usually driven by cucks.
