CSBU can occur when a male of any species reaches a danger level of sperm in his testicles. In rare cases causing them to either slowly leak or explode under the pressure. Most common in humans, however sometimes found in animals in remote sreas where their numbers are few. Female humans often disbelieve this condition exists
