Crack heads that wait until other apartment tenants are gone or sleeping to light up their drugs.
They do it mostly late at night or real early mornings so nobody can tell where the stink is coming from.
Also, they stay in their bedrooms all the time and never want to be seen by the other tenants.
They actually think that maintenance can't tell at this time of day, but they know.
You can always tell who they are by the smell of their apartment during the day... can you say body odor?

A crackroach is closely related to a crack head, however they will disperse when exposed to sunlight and artificial light. The exact time of the species split is unknown however it is believed to be somewhere after 10ac(after crack). While crackheads have 10 chromosomes crackroaches are even lower with only 8.
Emma was walking down a dark alley in downtown saint augustine when she spotted what she thought was a group of crackheads but when she shined her flashlight at them and they scattered in all directions. That’s when she realized she was dead wrong, they weren’t crackheads at all… they were CRACKROACHES!
