When people count their money in forms of material, usually drugs or alcohol.

You get your paycheck for $240 and say
"Awesome, I just scored 6 ecstasy pills!"

or

You find $10 on the floor and think
"Sweet, I just got myself 5 beers!"

Hence the term crackhead math
