In simplest form, Scrump is shortened from scrumptious and clutch simply means that a circumstance or situation is in fact ideal or positively impacts the lives of persons. Thus, the term “scrump n’ clutch” is a describing word and/or phrase used in any situation where a person is consumed with extreme happiness or excitement. While this may seem to be a synonym for wig, this term undoubtedly has more zest and is sure to be a crowd favorite at any social gathering.
