clinchitis 

also known in common tongue as "gameboy butt". this syndrome occurs when a shooting pain and pinching sensation arises in one's b-hole. this feeling is most described as "a sudden sensation of a gameboy being rammed in one's anal cavity."

The Italian Clench - Imagine missionary sex, but instead of locking eyes, the male counterpart locks their legs and arms firmly around their partner, creating an Italian Clench.
