Certified Hater 

One who's viewed as overly negative and frequently complaining about everything. They never seem to be pleased, no matter the extravagance. They are viewed ugly from their outside circle based purely upon raw expressions. They admit to these properties and tote the title. Again, Viewed as. Not are.

Certified hater 

Someone who will disagree and hate on anything and everything just because they think it makes them cool. This is a full time job and takes a lot of effort to disagree with everything 24 hours a day. Usually these people are ugly.

“Damn Ben has been really negative lately, what’s his deal?”

He just got a new job as a certified hater, you couldn’t tell?
