buzz over 

the hang overs hot cousin. when you wake up after a night of drinking, you find yourself feeling great, very witty, and with a lot of energy, and after a little, you realize you're not completely drunk, but a little buzzed still. this is the wonderful buzz over. you can ride it out or keep drinking and be drunk in less than a couple drinks

so lucky i'm buzzed over and not hung over
i never get hang overs, just buzz overs
i woke up so buzzed over that if i drove i'd get a dui!

The sick feeling one gets when too much nicotine is in his or her system. Typically occurs after a person takes too big of a dip or chain smokes too many cigarettes.

Brucie got an over-buzz after packing a fat pinch of Grizz Mint.

I smoked eight Djarums and an over-buzz ensued.

buzzover 

Catching a buzz to cure a hangover. Kind of like hair of the dog only drinking the next day is NOT an option. You have no choice but to DRINK because you HAVE no choice but to go to your in-laws house for whatever SPECIAL event or otherwise.

You know you have (no option here) to go to your beloved in-laws house by noon but you still drank your ass off until 4:30 in the morning so a buzzover is necessary.
