Good Businessmanship..
"I have not seen Old mate yet, but when I have, I will get back to you."

Example 2
Bad Businessmanship..
"Yeah, Yeah, its on it way now. I'll be at yours within the hour." (Really has no idea how long the wait will be).

I wish my meth dealer showed better businessmanship. Its been 3 hours since he said he be here within the hour.
