The bus boy at a restaurant is usually one who cleans up but is also known as one who is the owner's bitch. Can also be found doing any of the shit work in the restaurant that no one else wants to do.

Customer: "Is that the new bus boy?"

Rick (Owner): "No, that's my bitch."
