The proper term for the male of the species known colloquially as Niggers. Someone who doesn't like to eat the skin, fat, legs, tail, face, stomach, heart, or lungs of a deer, but likes to eat the butt, eyes, intestines, guts, kidneys, and other.

That buckrigger seems to really like stuffing his face in the poor deer's butt while he is restraining it.
